Key Responsibilities:

This is an entry level role within the firm’s Growth and Strategy Department.  This position requires a motivated self-starter who is committed to quickly learning our unique value proposition and sales process, overcome challenges and generate results. Specifically, this will include:

  • Prospecting (phone, face-to-face, internet)
  • Working with a Business Development Manager to formulate and implement an individualized action plan that aligns with the goals of the department and the firm. 
  • Generating qualified leads through prospecting and other avenues for the assigned Business Development manager. 
  • Tracking individual activity and results through KPI metrics
  • Assisting in long-term client and strategic partner relationships
  • Suggesting innovations / improvements to Best Practices to accelerate our results and impact

Requirements:

  • High School GED or Diploma
  • Ability to work 15-20 hours weekly (50% within normal business hours of 8-5)
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills
  • Strong phone and personal presence
  • Comfortable with office technology, CRM and smart phones

Desired:

  • Currently seeking a degree, or you have obtained your degree
  • 2+ years in a direct marketing or business development role
  • Bi-lingual
