"90% is mental, the other half is physical"

While Yogi Berra, the NY Yankee great, wasn't that good at math, he understood the importance of the mental side of sports.

A strong, confident, positive mindset is critical for all athletes. Many youth / junior coaches are forced to make a choice and focus on technical skills and techniques of their sport. They know the importance of the mental aspects of the game, but don't have time to coach and teach on the beliefs, values, or identity of the individual athlete - in addition to the technical skills.

We have developed a 4-hour mindset workshop focused on those critical areas related to the mindset of being a mentally strong, confident athlete.

Take advantage of this great opportunity to learn some of the simplest, yet most profound concepts that are being taught to leaders around the world. Workshop fee - $49 / athlete.
