How We Do That

Leadership

The aim of Executive Coaching is to enhance your leadership ability and on-the-job performance.

Whether you're looking to take a new executive position, or take your company to the next level when your leadership grows, or you are responsible for directing others in your organization to achieve ever-increasing levels of responsibility - Executive Coaching is a solution for you.

Team

"Everybody wins when the leader gets better."

As your leadership skills improve, your team will improve. You will be modeling and teaching your team new skills and capabilities. You will be expecting more from yourself - and them as you improve.

Strategy

Executive Leaders were successful and were promoted because of what they were able to do in their previous roles.

As you advance in your career, it is less about what you can do personally, and more about how effectively you prepare your team to execute your plan.

Action

Indecision, being slow-to-act, or failing to act can be very detrimental to your company results.

Very few plans are fully executed as they were created. It's the flexibility to change, while continuing to act, that makes the difference between good and great results.

High performing executives achieve more.
High performing teams deliver more.
High performing companies make more profits.

Is Executive Coaching Confidential?

Because the nature of our Executive Coaching process is unique, it is important for all partners involved in the program to develop a formal, written confidentiality agreement before coaching begins. This agreement specifies what information will and will not be shared, in which circumstances, with whom, and how.
ActionCOACH Executive Coaches always work within the proprietary and confidentiality guidelines of your organization as noted in your company’s financial, legal, and business contracts and documents. This includes all confidential organizational information.

What Return on Investment Should I Expect?

A recent study of Executive Coaching in a Fortune 500 firm by MetrixGlobal reported a 529% return on investment and significant intangible benefits to the business. A survey by Manchester Inc. of 100 executives found that coaching provided an average return on investment of almost six times the cost of the coaching.

In another study conducted by MetrixGlobal LLC, companies received an average return of $7.90 for every $1 invested in executive coaching.

In every case, the return is directly related to the investment made by the individual executive. In the spirit of this thought, we might reframe as ROHI - Return on Human Investment.
