Using insightful assessment tools, discover and put words to your internal motivations and drivers.
Values Inventory
Taking stock in what values currently drive your behaviors, but more importantly - which behaviors do you want to be your focus moving forward.
Key Roles & Impacts
How may roles do you fill? What are the expectations? What does "good" look like for that role? Take an inventory so that you are intentional about your choices and actions.
Balance & Life Integration
Integration of our work life, personal life, spiritual life, and civic life is where we need to focus. to gain the balance that we desire.

Our Venue
Historic Starlight Canyon is located in upper Palo Duro Canyon. Just eleven miles South of Amarillo, you will feel like you are miles away. Beautiful in all seasons, you will enjoy majestic sunrises and sunsets.
Starlight Canyon is a historic site originally slated to be Texas Park #10. The main lodge was built by the Civilian Conservation Corp in 1933.
Our Food
Thursday night, we will enjoy a fabulous scratch-made dinner prepared in the kitchen of Starlight Canyon B&B. Throughout the evening we will get to spend time sharing and learning more about each other.
Breakfast is the specialty at Starlight Canyon and we will start the day on Friday enjoying breakfast in the lodge, prepared and served by Nate and Liz. Lunch will be a lighter fare as we eat together and reflect on our shared experience.
There is something magical about breaking bread with new friends and acquaintances.

Our Hosts
Nate and Liz Green’s experience in hospitality started more than 20 years ago, while Nate was working in restaurants and Liz was entering the Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management program at Texas Tech University.
A big part of their hospitality is helping folks feel comfortable through the simple art of small talk.
Nate and Liz have more than 40 years of combined experience in the industry and have been the owner/operators of Starlight Canyon since 2013.

Rory brings over thirty-five years of remarkable leadership, business, and personal development experience (inside iconic Texas brands - Builders Square, AT&T, H-E-B, & Whataburger) to executives and business owners.
Rory also has spent those same thirty-five years developing and teaching curriculum for faith-based small groups in his local churches in San Antonio, Boerne, and now Canyon, Texas.
Rory and his wife, Janet will be leading - and experiencing the growth right along with you. Rory & Janet have been married 35 years and have many shared stories of living life together as a couple with God in the center of their relationship.
