Each week we will cover what worked well, didn't work well, and how to improve from previous week's learning.

Zoom-based Learning
Meet with a coach each week to tackle issues from previous weeks, gain new learning, commit to action items for the week.
Each session will have 40-60 minutes of facilitated group and individual coaching to reinforce content.
Receive output from assessment tools designed to provide critical insight into how you can personally improve. Receive proven tools and frameworks that will improve your effectiveness.
This training course has a lot more dialogue amongst it's members, which is great! The material we learn is very applicable that day. I haven't been able to meet with the cohort in-between training sessions, but I love the active accountability that the cohort brings.
